Get trained by a world champ! Nate Campbell leads a Boxing Conditioning workout several times a week at Headstrong. You’ll learn to box the right way while increasing your endurance and strength through tough but fun boxing drills and exercises.

Ann Marie offers group boxing fitness classes strictly for women. Boxing Bunnies is ideal not just for the beginner, but for anyone who wants extra encouragement and motivation.
